Whats not to love about these women. Strong, beautiful, motivated and passionate. This was one of many workshops hosted by Amelia (@livingbeautyamelia), Ali (@beautifulfitali) and Chymz (@chymzangeles) which focused on nutrition, weight lifting and goal setting. Seeing experts mastering their trade up close and personal was incredibly motivating!
